About the role:

As a Service Advisor, you are the key connection between customers and the workshop, making sure every vehicle is looked after and every client leaves feeling confident in the care their car received.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and managing vehicle bookings, giving you genuine variety across each shift
• Preparing and presenting repair orders accurately, building trust with customers through clear communication
• Liaising with technicians to keep jobs on track and customers updated throughout the process
• Following up on vehicle progress and ensuring timely delivery, so customers walk away satisfied every time
• Identifying additional service needs and presenting them honestly, contributing directly to workshop performance
• Handling customer queries and resolving concerns with confidence and care

About you:

You are someone who enjoys working with people as much as you enjoy the automotive environment, combining product knowledge with genuine customer focus.

More about you:

• Experience in a dealership service advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role
• Strong communication skills that make technical information easy for customers to understand
• A reliable, organised approach to managing multiple bookings and priorities
• Comfort using dealer management systems or the ability to pick up new software confidently
• A current driver's licence
• A commitment to the kind of customer experience that brings people back time and again
