As the key connection between customers and the service workshop, you will play a meaningful part in shaping how customers experience the dealership, from the moment they arrive to the moment they drive away.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and accurately recording vehicle concerns so technicians have everything they need to get the job done right the first time
• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process, so they always feel in control and well looked after
• Preparing and presenting clear, accurate job estimates and invoices
• Coordinating job scheduling and workshop workflow to keep the day moving efficiently
• Following up on vehicle status updates and communicating any changes to customers promptly
• Supporting upsell opportunities that genuinely benefit the customer and contribute to workshop performance

About you:

You are someone who finds satisfaction in solving problems for people and communicating with clarity, whether that is explaining a repair in plain language or managing a busy day with a calm head.

More about you:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive role is highly regarded
• A solid understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes helps you translate technical information for customers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills come naturally to you
• Working with dealer management systems or similar software is something you are comfortable with
• A current Queensland driver's licence is essential
