About the Role

As New Vehicle Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of the new vehicle sales department, driving sales, gross, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.

You'll lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team while working closely with manufacturer representatives and dealership leadership to maximise opportunities across five dynamic brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the new vehicle sales team to achieve sales, gross and profit targets.
• Monitor performance, conversion ratios, CSI and key sales KPIs to drive results.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximise market share and sales opportunities.
• Manage new vehicle stock levels, pricing and model mix to support profitability.
• Build strong relationships with GAC, Renault, Suzuki, Jeep and RAM representatives.
• Maintain high standards across CRM, reporting, sales processes and customer experience.
• Oversee trade-in valuations and work closely with Used Vehicle Sales Management.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance through coaching, training and accountability.
• Manage department expenses and ensure performance remains aligned with budget.
• Ensure dealership, manufacturer and legislative policies are consistently followed.

About You

You'll be a proven automotive sales leader who thrives on achieving results, developing people and creating an exceptional customer experience.

You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager or senior automotive sales leader.
• Strong understanding of dealership sales operations, KPIs and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of stock and gross management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong computer literacy and dealership management systems experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver against targets.
