About the Role

As a Service Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring every Mercedes-Benz vehicle is serviced, maintained and repaired with precision and care. Working in our modern workshop alongside a supportive team of professionals, you'll deliver outstanding customer outcomes while upholding Mercedes-Benz's renowned standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance in accordance with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and identify additional repair or maintenance requirements.
  • Carry out road tests to verify repairs and ensure vehicle performance.
  • Complete repair orders and workshop documentation accurately to support warranty claims and service history.
  • Maintain workshop tools and equipment in excellent working order.
  • Ensure vehicles are presented clean and ready for customer collection.
  • Participate in ongoing Mercedes-Benz manufacturer training to continually develop your technical expertise.
  • Maintain a safe, organised workplace while adhering to all WHS policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Workshop Controller, Service Advisors and fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.

About You

You'll be a motivated technician who enjoys working with premium vehicles and is committed to producing high-quality work every day.

You'll bring:

  • A Motor Vehicle Trade Qualification.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Experience servicing and repairing modern vehicles.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and computer literacy.
  • A current Australian Class C Driver Licence.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
