Are you an organised and detail-focused automotive professional with experience managing warranty claims?

Penfold Motor Group is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our Service team, supporting Isuzu UTE as the primary brand, with exposure to MG, Suzuki and Hyundai.

This is a key role within the Service department, responsible for ensuring warranty claims are accurately prepared, submitted and followed through to resolution. You’ll work closely with our Workshop, Parts and Finance teams, as well as manufacturers and distributors, to ensure claims are processed efficiently and warranty receivables are recovered promptly.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Process warranty paperwork and ensure documentation meets manufacturer requirements
• Review, track, resolve and resubmit warranty claims, including rejected and adjusted claims
• Reconcile warranty receivables and liaise with Finance to secure payments
• Ensure technician reports, labour times, warranty clocking and parts records are accurate
• Coordinate warranty parts returns and liaise with manufacturers, distributors and suppliers
• Partner with Service and Workshop teams to resolve enquiries, complaints and improve processes

About You

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing warranty claims from submission through to resolution.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Warranty Clerk or Administrator within an automotive dealership
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes, with mechanical knowledge advantageous
• Excellent communication, customer service and conflict resolution skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy and strong documentation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer literacy, problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
