About the opportunity:

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Yardperson to join our team full-time at our Ford & Kia Ashmore dealership.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to ensure customer vehicles and dealership grounds are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move and position new vehicles around the dealership
• Assist with washing and detailing vehicles
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented yard
• Ensure vehicles are displayed to the highest presentation standards
• Refuel vehicles as required
• Support general site maintenance and upkeep

About you:

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

• Current NSW manual/automatic driver’s licence with a strong driving record
• Genuine passion for the automotive industry
• Strong work ethic with high attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and meet timeframes
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Pride in your work with a willingness to go the extra mile
