About the opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administration Clerk to join our high-performing team based at Warwick Farm. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who brings a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities;
- Prepare and process fleet deals and related documentation
- Coordinate vehicle registrations, logbooks, and delivery bookings
- Organise vehicle repair orders, detailing, and delivery schedules
- Maintain and update dealer and FMO portals accurately
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly fleet administration operations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures while assisting with general administration duties
About you:
You will have:
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude with strong organisational and time management skills
