About the opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Administration Clerk to join our high-performing team based at Warwick Farm. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who brings a positive, can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities;

• Prepare and process fleet deals and related documentation
• Coordinate vehicle registrations, logbooks, and delivery bookings
• Organise vehicle repair orders, detailing, and delivery schedules
• Maintain and update dealer and FMO portals accurately
• Support daily, weekly, and monthly fleet administration operations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures while assisting with general administration duties

About you:

You will have:

• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude with strong organisational and time management skills
