About the opportunity:

We’re seeking a highly experienced and qualified Diagnostic Technician to join our high-performing team at Mercedes-Benz in Warwick Farm. This is an exciting opportunity for a master-level technician who thrives on complex diagnostics, advanced fault finding, and working with cutting-edge automotive technology within a driven and supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics across the Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans range
• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults with precision and efficiency
• Collaborate with Mercedes-Benz Australia to resolve technical issues
• Complete repairs in line with manufacturer standards and repair time guidelines
• Conduct road tests and quality checks to ensure a strong first-time fix rate
• Mentor and support workshop technicians while maintaining up-to-date brand knowledge through ongoing training

About you:

You will have:

• A qualified Automotive Technician certification (essential)
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior diagnostic or technician role
• A strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving capabilities
• A current driver’s licence with the ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team
• A passion for Mercedes-Benz vehicles (brand experience advantageous)
