About the role:

As a Service Advisor at our Mazda dealership, you will be the key link between customers and the service team, making sure every vehicle visit is handled with care and every customer leaves with confidence in the work done on their car.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and managing vehicle bookings, giving you the chance to build lasting relationships with a loyal Mazda customer base
• Preparing and presenting clear service estimates so customers always know what to expect
• Coordinating with technicians to track job progress and communicate updates, keeping the workshop running efficiently
• Following up on completed work and warranty claims, developing your knowledge across the full service lifecycle
• Identifying additional service needs that genuinely benefit the customer, growing your product expertise along the way

About you:

You are someone who communicates clearly, stays organised under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping people navigate what can sometimes feel like a stressful experience.

More about you:

• Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role is highly regarded
• Confidence using dealer management systems or similar software will help you settle in quickly
• A current driver's licence is essential for this role
