About the role:

As the face of the Jaguar Land Rover service department, you will be the key connection between customers and the workshop, ensuring every interaction reflects the standard that Jaguar Land Rover owners expect.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and managing vehicle bookings, giving you direct ownership of the customer journey from arrival to collection
• Consulting with customers to accurately document vehicle concerns, so technicians can work efficiently and customers feel genuinely heard
• Providing clear progress updates and transparent communication on costs, building the kind of trust that brings customers back
• Upselling additional services and maintenance items where appropriate, rewarding your product knowledge with real earning potential
• Coordinating workflow between the service desk and the workshop team, keeping the day running smoothly
• Handling invoicing and ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard at the time of return

About You:

You are someone who combines strong automotive knowledge with a genuine commitment to customer care, and you thrive in a role where no two days look exactly the same.

More about you:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a prestige or franchise dealership environment
• A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for this role
• Confidence using dealer management systems to manage bookings and documentation accurately
• Strong communication skills that allow you to explain technical information clearly to a range of customers
• A natural ability to manage competing priorities without letting service quality slip
• Exposure to JLR or other prestige brands will be well regarded
