About the role:

At Frizelle Sunshine Automotive's Springwood dealership, you will be the key contact between Audi customers and the service team, ensuring every vehicle and every person is looked after with care and professionalism.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting customers and accurately documenting their service needs, giving you ownership of the customer experience from the moment they arrive
• Preparing repair orders and coordinating with technicians so work is completed on time and to the standard Audi customers expect
• Keeping customers informed throughout the service process, building the kind of transparency that turns first-time visitors into loyal clients
• Identifying additional service requirements and presenting recommendations clearly, developing your product knowledge and upselling confidence along the way
• Managing vehicle handovers with attention to detail, leaving customers genuinely satisfied at every visit

About You:

You bring a customer-first mindset and the organisational skills to keep a busy service department running smoothly.

More about you:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a franchised or premium dealership environment
• A genuine interest in the Audi brand and the confidence to represent it at the highest level
• Strong communication skills that allow you to explain technical information to customers in a clear, approachable way
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities without letting the quality of customer interactions slip
• A current and valid driver's licence
