About the role:

Based at the Arundel Commercial Centre, you will be a key part of the Used Vehicles team, helping customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Guiding customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry and test drives through to delivery, so every interaction reflects the standard Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is known for
• Managing a pipeline of leads across walk-in, phone, and digital channels, giving you genuine variety in how you spend your time
• Presenting and demonstrating used vehicles with confidence, drawing on your product knowledge to match customers with the right fit
• Working toward individual sales targets that reward your effort directly
• Collaborating with finance and after-sales teams to ensure a smooth handover experience for every customer

About You:

You bring energy, honesty, and a genuine interest in people, and you understand that a great sale starts with a great conversation.

More about you:

• Previous experience in vehicle sales or a customer-facing sales role is highly regarded
• A current Queensland driver's licence is essential
• Strong communication skills that help customers feel informed and confident in their decision
• Comfortable working to targets, with a track record of following through
• Organised and self-directed, able to manage multiple customers and conversations without losing focus on detail
• A collaborative approach that fits well within a team that supports each other to succeed
