Your day-to-day will include:

• Guiding customers through the full vehicle purchase journey, from the first conversation to handover, giving you real ownership of the customer experience
• Presenting and demonstrating new vehicles in a way that matches each customer's needs, so every interaction feels tailored, not transactional
• Following up with leads and past customers, building a repeat client base that rewards your relationship skills over time
• Collaborating with the finance and business manager team to deliver complete solutions for customers
• Meeting and working toward sales targets that recognise your effort and results
• Keeping up to date with new model releases and product knowledge so you always speak with confidence and credibility

About you:

You are someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in doing things properly, and finds satisfaction in helping a customer make a decision they feel great about.

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing sales role gives you a strong foundation to build from
• A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for vehicle demonstrations
• Strong communication skills come naturally to you, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or following up by email
• Resilience and a consistent work ethic mean you stay focused even when the pipeline takes time to build
