What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, genuine and professional approach.
• Manage incoming calls and connect customers with the right team.
• Provide exceptional customer service across every interaction.
• Assist with customer appointments and general dealership enquiries.
• Support reception administration and day-to-day dealership tasks.
• Help customers navigate the dealership and connect them with the right department.
• Maintain a polished, organised and welcoming reception environment.
• Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism and pride.

About You

We're looking for someone who loves people and loves creating great experiences.

You might come from reception, hospitality, retail, luxury brands, customer service or administration — what matters most is your personality, attitude and customer-first approach.

You'll be:
