Deliver an exceptional first impression for every customer visiting our Service Centre.

At Mercedes-Benz, we’re looking for a Concierge to join our team and be the welcoming face of our Service Centre based at Artarmon. This is not a traditional reception role — you’ll be based at the frontline of our customer experience, working in a dynamic, semi-outdoor environment and interacting directly with customers as they arrive for their vehicle service.

You’ll play an important role in creating a seamless arrival and departure experience, helping customers navigate the Service Centre and ensuring they receive the premium level of service expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers arriving at the Service Centre with a warm, professional approach.
• Assist with directing vehicles and customers through the service arrival process.
• Provide clear information and guidance to customers regarding their service visit.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and the wider Service Centre team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist with vehicle movements around the Service Centre when required.
• Manage customer flow during busy periods and ensure the reception and service areas remain organised.
• Respond to customer questions and escalate enquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a polished, professional and customer-focused presence at all times.
• Help create a premium experience from the moment customers arrive until they leave.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. You’ll be comfortable working on your feet, outdoors or in a semi-outdoor environment, and able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced Service Centre.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, automotive or a frontline environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, confident and professional personality.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.
• The ability to confidently interact with a diverse range of customers.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach.
• A current driver’s licence and confidence moving vehicles around the dealership.
• A professional presentation and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Automotive experience is highly regarded, but not essential — we’re more interested in your customer service mindset, confidence and attitude.
