About the role

Working within a supportive parts team, you will be the crucial link between customers, technicians, and the parts that keep Land Rover vehicles on the road.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Identifying and supplying the correct parts for Land Rover vehicles, deepening your expertise in one of the world's most respected four-wheel-drive brands
• Assisting trade and retail customers both over the counter and by phone, giving you variety across every shift
• Working closely with the service and workshop teams to ensure technicians have what they need to complete jobs on time
• Processing parts orders and maintaining accurate stock records, so your attention to detail directly supports the whole dealership's efficiency
• Sourcing parts from suppliers when required, giving you exposure to the broader supply chain
• Keeping the parts department organised and well-presented, contributing to a workspace the whole team can be proud of

About you

You bring practical experience and a genuine interest in vehicles to a team that values accuracy and good communication above all else.

More about you:

• Previous experience in a parts interpreter or parts advisor role within the automotive industry
• Familiarity with Land Rover parts and systems is a real advantage, though a strong general parts background will also be considered
• Confidence using electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems
• Strong communication skills, whether you are helping a trade customer or explaining a delay to a technician
• A methodical approach to work means errors are caught early and customers leave satisfied
• A current drivers licence is required
