About the role:

As a Parts Interpreter, you sit at the heart of the dealership, connecting the workshop, trade customers, and retail buyers with exactly what they need to get vehicles back on the road.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Identifying and supplying the correct parts for a wide range of vehicles, building your product knowledge with every interaction
• Handling trade and retail counter sales, giving you variety across different customer types throughout the day
• Processing orders, receipting stock, and maintaining accurate inventory so the team can trust what is on the shelf
• Working closely with the service and workshop teams, making you a key link in delivering a smooth customer experience
• Managing backorders and following up with suppliers, developing your supplier relationships over time
• Supporting a tidy, well-organised parts environment where your contribution is visible and valued

About you:

You bring hands-on parts experience and the kind of product knowledge that earns the trust of technicians and trade customers alike.

More about you:

• Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter in an automotive dealership or similar environment
• Confident using electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems
• A reputation for accuracy, whether pulling a part number or processing a transaction
• Strong communication skills that work equally well at the trade counter and over the phone
• A team-oriented approach, because the best parts departments run on cooperation
• A current driver's licence
