About the opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Panel Beater & Spray Painter to join our high-performing automotive repair team at Warwick Farm. This hands-on role is responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and refinishing work, ensuring vehicles are restored to manufacturer and company standards.

Working in a fast-paced workshop environment, you will be involved in all aspects of vehicle body repair and spray-painting including panel repairs, preparation, colour matching, refinishing, and reassembly. You will work alongside a supportive team that values safety, quality workmanship, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities;

• Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels and body components
• Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix and apply automotive paint to manufacturer specifications
• Perform colour matching and refinishing to a high-quality standard
• Reassemble vehicle trims, bumpers, and fittings after repairs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment

About you:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive spray painting or vehicle refinishing
• Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology or equivalent trade qualification
• Strong skills in colour matching, paint application, and blending techniques
• Experience in vehicle preparation including sanding, masking, and polishing
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship and finishes
• Self-motivated team player with a current manual driver’s licence
