Executive Assistant

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our COO, CPO and CTO and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this role, you'll work alongside the EA to the CEO & CFO and will be the trusted go-to for the broader executive team. You will help manage priorities and keep operations running smoothly, whilst driving key projects as well as day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
About the role:
This is a high-impact role at the centre of the business, where you’ll partner closely with senior leaders to improve efficiency, solve problems proactively and help create the structure and momentum that enables the executive team to perform at their best.
Your duties will be varied, but will include:
- Managing complex calendars and coordinating executive meetings
- Arranging travel, accommodation, itineraries and car hire
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking action items
- Creating presentations, reports and executive documentation
- Coordinating events, offsites and team activities
- Supporting executive projects and business initiatives
- Assisting with office operations and general administration

- Strong executive communication skills with experience preparing presentations, reports, agendas and board-level documentation
