About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery. You'll build lasting relationships, understand customer needs and confidently showcase the Mercedes-Benz range.

You'll also:

• Achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver a premium, personalised customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
• Proactively follow up leads, enquiries and existing customers to maximise opportunities.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and complete all sales documentation.
• Work closely with Business Managers, Service and dealership teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across the Mercedes-Benz range, technology and current offers.

About You

We're looking for a confident, polished and results-driven sales professional who takes pride in representing a premium automotive brand.

You'll Bring:

• Previous automotive sales experience, with prestige brand experience highly desirable.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service and sales conversion capabilities.
• Professional presentation and a genuine passion for luxury and premium automotive.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using CRM and dealership management systems.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• A proactive, resilient and commercially driven approach.
