About the role

Joining the Omoda Jaecoo, New Vehicles team at Narellan means representing one of the automotive industry's fastest-growing brands, backed by a dealership with the reputation, support, and resources to help you succeed.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Guiding customers through the complete Omoda Jaecoo purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, delivering an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective buyers through follow-up, referrals, and proactive prospecting, giving you ownership of your success.
• Presenting and demonstrating the Omoda Jaecoo model range by matching each vehicle's features and technology to a customer's lifestyle and needs.
• Working collaboratively with the Finance & Insurance team to provide customers with a seamless end-to-end purchasing experience.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and following up after delivery to build long-term customer relationships.
• Contributing to a high-performing team culture where collaboration and shared success are valued.

About you

You have a genuine passion for people and a proven ability to build relationships and close sales with integrity, whether your experience comes from automotive sales or another customer-focused sales environment.

More about you:

• Previous experience in a sales role where relationship-building has been key to your success.
• A current NSW Driver Licence, essential for vehicle demonstrations.
• Confidence working towards sales targets with the discipline to proactively manage your own pipeline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that create a positive customer experience.
• Experience using CRM systems and confidence with basic digital administration.
