This is a role where your ability to connect with people and deliver a polished experience directly shapes how customers feel on one of the biggest purchase days of their lives.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading the handover of new vehicles and creating a genuinely memorable experience for every customer who walks through the door
• Building rapport with customers during the delivery process, answering questions with confidence and care
• Liaising with the sales team, workshop, and detailing staff to keep vehicle readiness on schedule
• Managing delivery bookings and communicating clearly with customers about collection times and requirements
• Completing delivery documentation accurately, giving you ownership of an important part of the sales process
• Identifying and resolving any pre-delivery issues promptly, so every handover goes without a hitch

• Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry or a similarly detail-oriented environment
• Organised and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting anything slip
• Comfortable working with systems and paperwork to ensure accurate record-keeping
• A current Queensland driver's licence is essential, as moving vehicles between locations is part of the role
