About the opportunity

Working alongside our experienced Service team, you'll prepare new Mercedes-Benz vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring every car exceeds manufacturer and customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing pre-delivery inspections in line with Mercedes-Benz manufacturer standards.
  • Installing genuine accessories and aftermarket products with precision and care.
  • Conducting road tests to confirm vehicles meet safety, quality and performance standards.
  • Identifying, documenting and reporting any defects prior to vehicle handover.
  • Working collaboratively with the Sales and Service teams to ensure vehicles are delivered on time.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safety-focused workshop environment.

About you

You're someone who takes genuine pride in producing quality work and understands that attention to detail makes all the difference.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Previous experience as a Pre-Delivery Technician, Automotive Technician or Workshop Technician.
  • A current and valid driver's licence.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a busy workshop.
  • A positive, reliable attitude and a strong team-first mindset.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments.
