About the role:

As a Customer Service Consultant in the Business Development Centre at Frizelle Sunshine Automotive, you will be the first voice many customers hear, setting the tone for every interaction and playing a real part in the dealership's success.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls to book service and follow up on enquiries, giving you variety across every shift
• Coordinating service appointments so that customers feel informed, valued, and confident before they arrive
• Working closely with the service team to keep schedules running smoothly, building your knowledge of dealership operations along the way
• Resolving customer questions promptly, with the support of an experienced team behind you
• Maintaining accurate customer records so every interaction is tracked and followed through

About You:

You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and communicates clearly, whether on the phone or in writing.

• Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, or reception role is what you bring to the table
• Clear, confident phone communication comes naturally to you
