About the opportunity

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through every stage of their purchasing journey- from the initial enquiry to the exciting moment they drive away in their new Mazda.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a premium showroom experience from first enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Build lasting customer relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending the right Mazda vehicle and accessories.
• Proactively generate new business through referrals, follow-up calls, prospecting and repeat customers.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, showcasing Mazda's latest features and technology.
• Introduce customers to our Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket teams to provide a complete ownership solution.
• Complete all sales documentation accurately while achieving individual and dealership sales targets.

About you

You're a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, closing sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll bring:

• Previous sales experience, preferably within the automotive industry (although other high-performing sales backgrounds will be considered).
• A proven ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A professional, energetic and customer-focused approach.
• Strong computer literacy and excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• A current Australian Class C Driver Licence.
