Working within a busy Warranty team, you will play a key part in making sure warranty claims are processed accurately and on time, giving technicians and service advisors the support they need to deliver great outcomes for customers.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Processing warranty claims through manufacturer portals, building your knowledge of multiple vehicle brands and their specific requirements
• Reviewing job cards for accuracy before submission, so your attention to detail directly reduces rejections and rework
• Following up on outstanding claims and credits, keeping the department's revenue cycle moving efficiently
• Liaising with service advisors and technicians to gather documentation, putting you at the centre of a collaborative team
