About the Role
As Marketing Assistant, you'll support the delivery of marketing activity across the Penfold Motor Group network, helping bring campaigns and brand initiatives to life from briefing through to execution.
You will also:
- Support social media content creation, scheduling and publishing.
- Assist with digital, print, event and promotional marketing campaigns.
- Maintain websites, digital listings and marketing platforms.
- Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials and dealership events.
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights.
- Liaise with OEMs, manage LAM claims and ensure marketing meets requirements.
About You
You're creative, organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. You're someone who can take direction, confidently own tasks once briefed and work autonomously, while being comfortable asking questions and seeking guidance when required.
More about you:
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Confident using social media, content scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised, reliable and proactive with a strong eye for detail.
- Team player who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
- Confident working autonomously, receptive to guidance and keen to learn.
