We’re looking for a driven and experienced Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our Campbelltown team. In this pivotal role, you’ll accelerate sales performance and be instrumental in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities;
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing all F&I transactions end-to-end
- Drive performance across finance and insurance products through Financial Services and lending partners
- Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop lasting partnerships with finance agents and insurers
- Deliver an exceptional, seamless customer experience at every stage
About you:
You are highly driven, emotionally intelligent and confident under pressure with a natural ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through complex financial decisions. You will bring strong sales instincts with attention to detail, compliance awareness, and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced target-oriented environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will:
- Have 1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while overseeing all F&I transactions end-to-end
- Maximise performance of finance and insurance products across Financial Services and lending partners
- Proactively generate new business through customer prospecting
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Maintain effective partnerships with finance agents and insurers
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint
