Based at our Head Office in Warwick Farm, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, managing service enquiries across phone, email and digital channels while ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional and customer-focused.

What you'll be doing

As a valued member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will:

• Respond to inbound calls and online enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service every time.
• Schedule and manage customer service appointments accurately within our booking systems.
• Monitor and action departmental emails, ensuring all customer enquiries are handled promptly.
• Conduct outbound calls and SMS communications to confirm bookings and support customer follow-up.
• Liaise closely with our Service and Sales teams to provide a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain accurate customer records while meeting service standards and response timeframes.

About you

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• Previous customer service, contact centre or administration experience.
• A confident and professional telephone manner with outstanding communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• High attention to detail and excellent computer literacy.
• A positive, solutions-focused attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a busy team while remaining calm under pressure.
