About the role:

This is a hands-on role where your work directly shapes the first impression a customer has of their new vehicle, making what you do genuinely matter every single day.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Transporting vehicles between dealership sites safely and on time, keeping the Pre-Delivery operation running smoothly
• Loading and unloading vehicles with care, ensuring every car arrives in showroom condition
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks so you stay safe and compliant on every run
• Coordinating with the Pre-Delivery team to manage vehicle movements efficiently across the network
• Maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements, giving you ownership over an important part of the process
• Identifying and reporting any vehicle damage or defects, contributing to the high standards the team is known for

About you:

You bring a steady hand, a strong sense of responsibility, and the kind of reliability that a busy dealership network depends on.

More about you:

• A current HR or MR licence is essential for this role
• Experience driving and transporting vehicles professionally, with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working independently while keeping communication open with the wider team
• A genuine attention to detail, especially when it comes to vehicle condition and safety checks
• Physically fit and able to meet the demands of loading, unloading, and being on the road throughout the day
• Familiarity with the broader Gold Coast area is a real advantage
