About the role:

As a Parts Interpreter, you will be the essential link between the workshop, the counter, and the customer, keeping vehicles moving and people satisfied every day.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Identifying and supplying the correct parts for a wide range of vehicles, building real depth of product knowledge over time
• Assisting trade and retail customers at the counter and over the phone, so no two interactions are quite the same
• Working closely with the service and workshop teams to ensure technicians have what they need without delay
• Raising orders, receipting stock, and maintaining accurate inventory so the department runs smoothly
• Processing warranty parts and returns in line with manufacturer requirements, giving you exposure to a structured and detail-oriented side of the business

About you:

You bring a practical understanding of automotive parts and a genuine interest in helping people find the right solution.

• Previous experience in a parts interpreter or similar role within the automotive industry
• Confidence using electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems
• A methodical approach to stock management and attention to detail that others can rely on
