About the role:

This is a full-time, permanent position where your ability to build trust with customers translates directly into results you can be proud of.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Guiding customers through the used vehicle buying journey from first enquiry to handover, giving you ownership of the full sales experience
• Developing and maintaining a portfolio of returning customers, building relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Presenting and demonstrating vehicles in a way that matches each customer's specific needs and lifestyle
• Working closely with the finance and administration teams to ensure smooth, accurate deal processing
• Keeping across current stock and market trends so you can offer informed, confident advice

About You:

You bring a genuine interest in people and a track record of achieving results through honest, consultative selling.

• Experience in a sales role is valued, whether that comes from automotive or another customer-facing industry
• A current Queensland driver's licence is essential for conducting vehicle demonstrations
• Strong communication skills let you listen well and tailor your approach to each individual customer
