Your role will be to coordinate and perform the day to day administration requirements for our Sales team from a front of house reception position within our Mazda dealership in Seaford.

About the Role

Operating in a busy environment you will be using your brilliant multi-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face to visitors whilst providing high end quality administration support to our teams!

Typical duties include:

• Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all customers a warm welcome to the centre and assisting with all aspects.
• Answering incoming phone calls and providing assistance over the phone and via email.
• Completing front office and administration duties in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
