About the opportunity:

We’re offering an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Quality Controller / Foreman to join the team at Mercedes-Benz Artarmon. Take ownership of quality control by inspecting work, identifying improvements, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-standard outcomes across operations. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily workshop operations and drive technician productivity
  • Prioritise and allocate repair orders to ensure on-time completion 
  • Provide technical support and assist with complex repairs
  • Communicate additional work requirements to the Service Advisor team 
  • Ensure all documentation and warranty processes are completed accurately 
  • Maintain workshop standards, including tools, safety, parts, flow, and quality control 

About you:

You will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ automotive trade experience with relevant qualifications (MTVC essential)
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or Foreman (highly desirable)
  • Current driver's licence (additional licences advantageous)
  • Strong leadership, time management, and mentoring skills
  • Commitment to WHS practices with a proactive safety mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment
