About the Role

As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from initial enquiry through to handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing enquiries and converting leads into vehicle sales
• Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
• Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
• Maintaining a strong knowledge of the pre-owned vehicle inventory
• Negotiating confidently to achieve sales targets and gross profit
• Following up leads and maintaining an active customer pipeline
• Coordinating pre-owned vehicles with photographers to ensure they are presented and photographed for online listings
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vehicle and customer information within the CRM
• Ensuring accurate completion of sales documentation
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process

About You

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• Previous automotive sales experience, preferably within pre-owned vehicles
• Experience in a high-volume dealership environment will be highly regarded.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident, professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building capabilities
• A current and unrestricted driver's licence
• A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
