About the Role

Based at our Warwick Farm head office, you'll lead the NSW marketing team and the execution of all marketing initiatives, working closely with Senior Management, Dealer Principals and OEMs.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on driving leads, conversion, and long-term customer value.

What you'll do:

• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing marketing team
• Define and manage the marketing strategy and planning across all NSW dealerships
• Drive leads and digital performance across paid media, websites, social and CRM, reporting on ROI
• Leverage AI and best-practice tools to drive efficiency, reporting and performance
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, OEMs, and agencies
• Own budgets, reconciliation and reporting to ensure every dollar delivers measurable return

About You

You're a sharp, senior marketing leader who knows the automotive industry and thrives on turning data into measurable results.

You also bring:

• Proven senior marketing experience leading a team, ideally within an automotive dealership group or multi-franchise retail business
• Strong expertise in lead generation, digital, campaign management and CRM
• A data-driven mindset focused on performance and optimisation
• A track record of influencing stakeholders across multiple sites
• Relevant qualifications in Marketing or Business
