About the role

Take full ownership of this dealership leadership position, driving performance, profitability and culture across a diverse portfolio of leading automotive brands.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the overall operation of the Geely, GAC, Renault, Suzuki, Jeep and RAM dealerships, setting the strategic direction and delivering outstanding commercial results.
• Coach, mentor and develop high-performing managers across all departments to achieve exceptional customer and business outcomes.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, profitability management and operational excellence.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal group departments and OEM partners to maximise brand performance and identify future growth opportunities.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience culture while identifying new market opportunities that strengthen dealership performance and market share.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the dealership.

About you

You are a commercially minded automotive leader who thrives on delivering results, developing people and leading successful dealership operations.

You'll bring:

• Proven success as a Dealer Principal or General Manager within a franchised automotive dealership.
• Exceptional commercial acumen with the leadership capability to drive dealership performance and sustainable growth
• Strong financial and operational management skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic action.
• Experience building relationships with OEM partners and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
• A passion for developing high-performing teams and creating a positive dealership culture.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
