About the role:

As Dealer Principal, you own the dealership end-to-end. You will drive performance, profitability, and culture while building the customer-first approach that drives loyalty and repeat business.

This will see you:

• Drive sales, gross, and profit through disciplined planning and execution
• Lead, coach, and develop the department management team across Sales, Service, Parts, and F&I
• Champion CSI and customer experience to benchmark and beyond
• Control stock mix, days, and pricing to meet demand and OEM targets
• Build strong OEM and internal relationships across the wider group
• Foster a positive, accountable, high-performing culture every day
