About the role

In this role, you will be the trusted face of Car-Care, guiding customers through products and solutions that add real, lasting value to their vehicle ownership experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Presenting and selling Car-Care products to new and existing customers, giving you the chance to build meaningful relationships and grow a loyal client base
• Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and ensure every customer leaves informed and confident in their purchase
• Managing documentation and product delivery accurately, so customers receive exactly what they were promised
• Contributing to team targets in a supportive environment where your results are recognised
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge, so you can always offer relevant, credible advice

About you

You are someone who connects easily with people, communicates clearly, and finds genuine satisfaction in matching customers with the right solution.

More about you:

• Experience in a customer-facing sales role, whether in automotive or another service industry, has given you confidence in handling objections and closing conversations naturally
• A current and valid driver's licence is essential for this position at Penfold Motor Group
• Strong attention to detail means your paperwork and product records are always accurate
• You work well within a team and understand that shared success comes from consistent, honest effort
• Comfort with CRM systems or dealership software is an advantage
