You'll work closely with our Sales team to maximise every opportunity, deliver a premium customer experience and build long-term relationships with customers.

About the Role

As Business Manager – Finance & Insurance, you'll guide customers through tailored finance and insurance solutions across new and used vehicles. You'll be responsible for maximising finance and insurance penetration, achieving IPRU targets and ensuring every customer receives a professional and seamless experience.

You'll also work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to support deal conversion, finance approvals and vehicle deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Present tailored finance and insurance solutions to customers and maximise conversion opportunities.
• Achieve IPRU, finance penetration and insurance targets to drive department profitability.
• Build strong relationships with Sales teams to maximise F&I opportunities and support deal closures.
• Follow up existing customers and expiring finance contracts to generate repeat business.
• Maintain current finance and insurance product knowledge, accreditations and industry awareness.
• Ensure finance approvals, documentation, invoicing and vehicle delivery processes are completed accurately and compliantly.

About You

You'll be a commercially driven F&I professional who combines strong sales capability with exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.

You'll Bring:

• Proven automotive Business Manager or F&I experience with current accreditations.
• Strong finance and insurance industry knowledge.
• Proven sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, computer literacy and dealership systems experience.
• Ability to achieve KPIs, meet deadlines and thrive in a high-performing team.
