About the Role

As Business Manager - Finance & Insurance, you'll guide customers through tailored finance and insurance solutions across new and used vehicles. You'll work closely with the Sales team to maximise every opportunity, achieve F&I targets and deliver a seamless, professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell tailored finance and insurance products to customers.
• Maximise finance and insurance penetration while achieving IPRU targets.
• Partner with Sales teams to maximise opportunities and support deal conversion.
• Build strong customer relationships, repeat business and referral opportunities.
• Manage finance approvals, documentation, contracts and vehicle deliveries accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge, compliance and follow up customers for future sales.

About You

You'll be a commercially driven F&I professional with the confidence to work across multiple brands and a strong focus on customer outcomes and profitability.

You'll Bring:

• Proven automotive Business Manager or F&I experience with current accreditations.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
• Proven sales, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent administration, organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, computer literacy and dealership systems experience.
• Ability to achieve KPIs, work under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service.
