About the role

This is a genuine entry point into a large, multi-franchise automotive business, giving you hands-on exposure to a wide range of dealership accounting functions from day one.

You will be involved in:

• Processing daily banking transactions and completing bank reconciliations, building confidence with high-volume financial data in a real business setting
• Vehicle deal processing and associated financial administration, giving you direct insight into how a major dealership group operates commercially
• Processing manufacturer payments and maintaining accurate financial records, developing the discipline that underpins strong accounting practice
• Preparing gross profit reports and commission calculations, so your analytical skills are put to use quickly and meaningfully
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations that directly support the integrity of the group's financial reporting
• Assisting with month-end reporting and a variety of ad hoc finance tasks, with scope to take on more as your experience grows

About you

You are a recent graduate with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in finance.

To be considered, you will bring:

• A completed or near completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, providing the technical grounding to contribute from the start
• A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills that allow you to work efficiently with data and reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear collaboration across a large, multi-site organisation
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities without letting accuracy slip
• A genuine willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute as part of a close-knit team
