About the Role

As a Service Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our dealership. You'll provide exceptional service, coordinate appointments, support the service team with administration, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the premium Mercedes-Benz experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage front-of-house enquiries.
• Schedule service bookings and coordinate workshop appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries professionally.
• Assist with customer check-in and vehicle collection processes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
• Support the Service Advisors and wider service team with administration.
• Process payments and maintain a professional reception area.

About You

You'll be a friendly, organised professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer service environment.

• Experience in reception, administration or customer service.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
