About the Opportunity

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of the Service Department, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and professional experience from booking through to vehicle collection.

Working closely with our technicians, you'll provide expert advice, coordinate servicing and repairs, and deliver the high standard of customer care that owners expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience as the first point of contact for Service customers.
  • Provide accurate service and repair estimates while clearly explaining technical information in customer-friendly language.
  • Coordinate service bookings, workshop schedules, vehicle drop-offs and collections.
  • Liaise with Technicians to keep customers informed of vehicle progress and recommended repairs.
  • Prepare accurate repair orders, process payments and maintain customer records.
  • Resolve customer enquiries promptly while maintaining high standards of service, quality and professionalism.

About You

You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and understand the importance of creating a positive ownership experience for every customer.

You'll also have:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or within an automotive service environment.
  • An automotive trade qualification or equivalent industry experience (highly regarded).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive servicing and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • A current Australian Driver Licence.
