About the role:

As New Vehicle Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales operation, driving performance and shaping the customer experience across the new vehicles team.

Your day-to-day will also include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales consultants, with real scope to build a high-performing culture you are proud of
• Setting and achieving sales targets, giving you clear metrics against which your contribution is recognised
• Managing stock levels and vehicle ordering to keep the dealership competitive and well-presented
• Building strong relationships with manufacturer representatives, keeping you connected to the latest product knowledge and programs
• Ensuring every customer interaction reflects the standard Frizelle Sunshine Automotive is known for across the region
• Analysing sales data and reporting on performance, so your decisions are always grounded in insight

About you:

You are an experienced automotive sales professional who is ready to step into, or continue in, a leadership role where your expertise directly shapes the team around you.

• Proven experience in new vehicle sales, with a track record that demonstrates consistent results
• Previous team leadership or management experience within a dealership environment
• A current Queensland motor dealer licence, or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication skills that translate into lasting customer and manufacturer relationships
• Confidence working with sales systems and reporting tools to monitor and improve performance
• A collaborative approach that brings out the best in the people working alongside you
