We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Registrations & Administration Clerk to join our Stock Control team in Southport. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with growth and development in the automotive industry.
About the opportunity:
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in keeping dealership operations running smoothly, working across vehicle registrations, administration, and stock coordination. Perfect for someone who enjoys variety, organisation, and being part of a supportive team.
The successful candidate will:
- Process and authorise QLD vehicle registrations accurately and efficiently
- Register vehicles in accordance with dealership policies and compliance requirements
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team as needed
- Reconcile registrations, floorplans, and related dealership documentation
- Coordinate new vehicle stock swaps with partner dealerships
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Assist with general administrative and stock control duties
About you:
Success in this role requires a customer-led mindset, highly developed communication skills, and the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across a range of stakeholders
- Experience with ERA systems is highly regarded, but not essential
- Previous exposure to dealership systems or the automotive industry will be highly regarded
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Full training provided!
- Previous automotive administration experience will be viewed favourably
