About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the complete vehicle buying journey - from initial enquiry through to delivery. You'll generate new business, build your customer portfolio, conduct vehicle demonstrations and achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Prospect for new business and build a strong pipeline of customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales and performance targets.
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up opportunities through CRM.
• Stay up to date with Geely products, technology, finance and current offers.
• Work closely with Finance, Service and Administration teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.

About You

We're looking for a driven, personable and results-focused sales professional who enjoys building relationships and achieving targets.

You'll Bring

• Previous sales or customer service experience; automotive experience highly regarded.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
• Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
• Confidence using CRM and computer systems.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
