Peter Warren Automotive is looking for a Customer Experience Consultant to join the Business Development Centre team at Warwick Farm.
About the role
Working at the heart of the customer experience, you will be the first point of contact for people who are ready to make a purchase decision, giving you the opportunity to shape that journey from the very first conversation.
Day to day, your work will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries across phone, email and online channels, connecting interested buyers with the right sales team members
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments that directly support the dealership's sales results
- Following up with prospective customers in a timely, helpful way that builds trust rather than pressure
- Maintaining accurate records in the dealership's CRM system, giving you visibility over your own performance and progress
- Collaborating closely with the sales floor team so that every handover feels smooth for the customer
- Contributing to a team culture where hitting shared goals is something everyone celebrates together
About you
You are someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and can hold a conversation that moves toward an outcome without feeling scripted.
More about you:
- Experience in a customer-facing or phone-based sales role means you already understand what good service feels like from the customer's side
- Clear, confident communication is something that comes naturally to you, whether written or spoken
- You are comfortable working with targets and find satisfaction in seeing the numbers reflect your effort
- Organised and reliable, you follow through on commitments and keep customer details accurate and up to date
- A genuine interest in the automotive industry, or a willingness to develop one, will help you connect with customers on a level that goes beyond the transaction
