About the opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a passionate, professional and customer-focused Concierge Receptionist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz at Artarmon.

As the face of our dealership, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, creating a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional and friendly approach.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Sales, Service or Parts department to ensure a seamless experience.
• Safely collect and return customer vehicles for servicing while providing exceptional customer care.
• Coordinate visitor and customer parking to maintain an organised dealership environment.
• Work closely with Service Advisors to support vehicle collections, deliveries and customer appointments.
• Assist with customer transport and other concierge duties to ensure every visit exceeds expectations.

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• A current Australian or recognised international Driver Licence.
• A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills.
• Excellent personal presentation and the ability to represent our dealership brand with confidence.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
• The flexibility to work outdoors when required and adapt to changing priorities.
